This at-home workout focuses on body-positive, low impact exercises, connected in a 30 minute flow. No equipment needed besides a yoga mat.
Repetition is key! Each Monday you will receive your class of the week. Repeat the same class throughout the week as many times as you choose, which creates more balance, flow, and better muscle memory and retention.
